GHRP-2
It is a growth hormone secretagogue marked as Pralmorelin, a diagnostic drug that stimulates the release of GH. It is a potent stimulant of GH release, which increases the body's synthesis of this hormone. It is often used in sports for weight loss, muscle gain, and anti-aging therapy.
It is a peptide similar in action to ghrelin, stimulates receptors in various tissues, including the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and other brain parts. It is usually involved in regulating food intake and glucose metabolism, so it
- stimulates appetite
- modulates sleep
- stimulates emptying and acid secretion
- helps maintain muscle mass
- improves cardiac output
Other hormones, such as cortisol and prolactin secreted or associated with the pituitary gland, may also be stimulated by the increased presence of ghrelin and advanced production of IGF-1. GHRP-2 works 2-3 times better and more powerfully than GHRP-6.
The remedy is available as a prescribed drug, widely available in the United States, Europe; you can buy it in pharmacies or in reliable online stores.
Benefits
- Significantly increases appetite
- Has a substantial effect on GH
- Helps with weight loss
- Helps to preserve muscle gain
- Used as an anti-aging therapy
- Increases cortisol and prolactin levels
Administration & Dosage
GHRP-2 can be administered orally, by intranasal, subcutaneous, or intramuscular injection. It is usually supplied in a multidose vial containing a single dose of 100 mg or a compounded medicine of 5 mg or 10 mg of dry lyophilized powder.
GHRP-2 is usually administered in a dose of 0.1 to 0.3 mg (100-300 mg) 1-3 times a day to increase the physique or improve performance. It is better to receive the drug on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before meals, and if administered once a day then before bedtime (the total daily dose usually does not exceed 900 mg.).
You should start taking the drug with a dose of 100 mg, if necessary, gradually increase by 50 mg every 3-7 days. The cycle lasts 3-4 months an average, sometimes longer (6+). This substance is often combined with other GHRH drugs such as Sermorelin or CJC-1295. Such combination therapy provides significant synergy in growth hormone release, providing the maximum increase in growth hormone levels unattainable for any medication alone. From example:
- GHRP-2: 100-200 mcg 1-3 times a day
- Sermorelin: 100-200 mcg 1-3 times a day
Side Effects
With proper use of the prescribed doses, side effects should not appear; otherwise, there may be:
- flushing
- sweating
- sleepiness
- increased Gl motility
- water retention
- joint or limbs pain
Redness, itching, pain, or lumps may occur at the injection site and disappear quickly. GHRP-2 may reduce insulin sensitivity and raise blood sugar. This drug should never be used during pregnancy, diabetic retinopathy, liver or lung disease, intracranial hypertension, or uncontrolled diabetes.
Although overdose cases with this drug are rare, especially in comparison with the usual GH, it is still better not to exceed the prescribed dose and follow the instructions.
