• days 6-27 – 120 mcg of the fat burner and 2 mg of Ketotifen;
• day 28 – 80 mcg of the fat burner and 2 mg of Ketotifen;
• day 29 – 50 mcg of the fat burner and 1-2 mg of Ketotifen;
• day 30 – 35 mcg of Clenbuterol and 1 mg of Ketotifen.

After the cycle, a break of at least two weeks is a must. Clenbuterol is better used in the morning, while Ketotifen is good at night to prevent sleeplessness.
