GHRP-6
It is a growth hormone secretagogue, one of the first peptides of this class, which effectively increases the level of growth hormone in the blood. The principle of action is to stimulate the secretion of growth hormone in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, due to which IGF-1 can be increased.
The drug is often used in sports to increase appetite, maintain muscle growth, and burn fat intensively. The appetite-stimulating effects are essential when choosing this drug, as they are more intense than other similar substances.
GHRP-6 increases the levels of adrenocorticotropic hormone, cortisol, and prolactin, which means that you need to take carefully the dosage you need so that there are no unwanted side effects. It is marketed as a combination of medicine and is often offered as hormone replacement therapy. You can buy it at the pharmacy or place an order online.
Benefits:
- Significantly increases appetite
- Moderate effect on GH
- Helps maintain muscle mass
- Helps with weight loss
- Increases cortisol and prolactin levels
Administration & Dosage
GHRP-6 is available in 5 or 10 mg dry lyophilized powder in a multi-dose vial, must be diluted with sterile or bacteriostatic water before use. To improve performance or body state, it should be administered in a dose of 0.1 to 0.3 mg (100-300 mcg) 1-3 times a day, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before meals, or you can take it once before bedtime. Doses can be gradually increased for a better effect, for example, 50 mcg every 3-7 days. It should be taken for 3-4 months, can be extended to 6+ months if desired.
It can be combined with other growth hormone-releasing hormones such as sermorelin or CJC-1295. This combination will help achieve the maximum effect in increasing GH; it will be much more useful than using one drug. But in this case, you need to consider that the dosages will change: you can not take more than 200 mcg of one substance during combination therapy and no more than 600 mcg in total per day.
The drug should not be taken during pregnancy if you have diabetes, intracranial hypertension, liver, or lung disease. GHRP-6 can lower insulin sensitivity and raise blood sugar levels.
