Apoxar Testosterone Cypionate General Description
Apoxar Testosterone Cypionate is a long testosterone ester. Its active component’s half-life is 15-16 days (its effective half-life is 6-8 days). This anabolic steroid is produced as an oil-based injectable. The active agent may cause more fluid retention when compared to other steroid drugs due to its longer half-life. Cypionate is often used as part of combined cycles for muscle growth.
Apoxar Testosterone cypionate (like any other testosterone ester) works by affecting the anabolic receptors. As the result, there is more nitrogen conservation, which is the main building material for the formation of muscle proteins.
Apoxar Testosterone Cypionate Benefits
Apoxar Testosterone Cypionate produces similar results to the natural testosterone, which is the main male sex hormone responsible for the majority of emotional and physical capabilities of a person. It causes aggression and stimulates muscle growth, improves sex drive and produces a hoarser voice. The main effects of the steroid include:
- Rapid increase in muscle growth. The injection cycle produces significant hydration of the cells, and a significant part of the gained muscle mass is caused by water. This makes muscles look more attractive, but results in setbacks after the cycle is done. The accumulated fluid account for 1/3 of the general muscle growth.
- Better strength performance.
- Improved red blood cells production. The increase in oxygen in the bloodstream allows muscle tissue to funtion more efficiently, thus increasing the endurance of athletes. Increased amount of red blood cells also promotes accelerated recovery after intensive training.
- Improved sperm formation and sex drive.
- Better phosphoric metabolism.
- The number of produced protein often prevails over the number of decaying molecules, which guarantees a positive nitrogen balance.
A single drug cycle can result in 12 kg of muscle mass and a 10-15% increase in strength performance. Testosterone cypionate affects the muscle fibers and enlarges them. This happens due to physiological processes characteristic of this drug. The active component retains the gained muscle while suppressing the action of glucocorticoid hormones, which produce natural muscular atrophy (catabolism effects).
The main downside of Testosterone Cypionate usage is its tendency to aromatization – conversion of testosterone into estrogens. When a large amount of estrogen is observed in a man’s body, female features like gynecomastia (tightening and swelling of tissues in the nipple region), swelling due to fluid retention, the female pattern accumulation of body fat (in the abdominal area and on the hips), decreased sexual activity and testicular atrophy may begin to manifest.
Apoxar Testosterone Cypionate Possible Side Effects
Adverse reactions from using the injectable steroid are androgenic in nature, manifesting themselves by the rapid conversion of the substance into the active form of dihydrotestosterone. A drug cycle may lead to hypertension, excessive hair growth (body and facial hair), hair loss, oily skin, acne.
Antiestrogens are used to suppress estrogen activity in a male’s body. For example, 10 mg per day of Tamoxifen (Apoxar Nolvadex) starting at the second week of the cycle and up to 2 weeks after the injection cycle’s been completed. However, it’s recommended to use aromatase inhibitors like Apoxar Proviron, Anastrozole (Apoxar Arimidex) or others during such a cycle.
After the usage of Cypionate is completed, Proviron should be replaced with Tamoxifen to restore the natural testosterone production. Using antiestrogens results in less fluid retention in muscle tissue and reduced risks of developing gynecomastia. If the duration of testosterone cypionate usage exceeds 4 weeks, it’s recommended to use chorion gonadotrophic hormone at 500 IU once per week throughout the cycle and 2 weeks after it’s been completed, starting from week 3.
Apoxar Testosterone Cypionate Administration and Dosage
The injections are to be made once per week. Injections may be made less frequent due to the action time of the steroid, but this won’t maintain a stable high concentration of the active agent. Recommended dosage: 250-500 mg. Increasing the dosage up to 800 mg won’t improve the anabolic effects, but will result in adverse reactions. The weekly dosage can be divided into 2 admissions made at different days of the week. Cycle’s duration - 5-6 weeks.
Apoxar Testosterone Cypionate Cycle and Combined Cycles
A solo cycle of Apoxar Testosterone Cypionate is quite potent, which is why it’s recommended that newbies don’t combine it with other anabolic and androgenic drugs. Experienced athletes use the following combinations:
- Cypionate + Parabolan. 300 mg of Parabolan per week and 250 mg of cypionate per week. Parabolan does not tend to aromatise, so adding it to the cycle will help minimize the risks of developing gynecomastia.
- Cypionate + nandrolone. 200 mg of nandrolone per week and 200 mg of testosterone cypionate per week. Tamoxifen should not be used for PCT after this combined cycle. It has to be replaced with Clomid.
- Cypionate + Winstrol. This combo allows for minimized setbacks and better lean muscle. 250 mg of cypionate per week and 30 mg of Winstrol daily.
PCT is essential after combined cycles, using antiestrogens and sports supplements like testosterone boosters, protein and others to restore the body’s functioning.
